Sleep onset: Sounds like you're not satisfied with how quickly you fall asleep -- but once you do, you sleep through the night? So, is your room noisy? Tv/lights/computer still on? Room too warm? Pets wanting attention? Do you work out just before bed? These can all disrupt you. Create a relaxing evening ritual -- such as hot bath, soft music, gentle reading, etc -- preparing for sleep.
