At night while i'm in bed and in the mornings, both of my hands fall asleep and start hurting really bad. also, in both elbows too.

Numbing of hands ins: You need to see a spine specialist to r/o any reason for spine bones to compress upon the nerves to cause those symptoms. Once that is ruled out; other avenues can be explored eg blood levels of vitamin b12; or any local bolt lesion or cyst to compress upon nerve or compromise blood supply.
