Depends: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have been useful to know the creatinine and eGFR values. Please discuss getting urine test for albuminuria, with your doctor. Try to be compliant with the medications prescribed by your doctor. Wish you good health.
