I saw my recent ct angiogram and it shows bibasilar atelectasis. it also showed that 2 years ago as well. the doctor wasnt looking for that so no one ever mentioned it to me. should i be concerned? i have lupus too

Atelectasis: I'm assuming there is no obstruction causing bibasilar atelectasis in your case Obesity or other situations causing restricted inspiration may be causes. It would be a good idea to consult a pulmonologist to determine the importance of your atelectasis and whether any respiratory physical therapy, other treatment or other studies are advisable.
