I have throbbing pain in my left shoulder and neck, a week ago i had a checkup. The doctor said my heart sounds fine What could this be?
If symptoms of breathlessness lightheadedness and neck pain have been there on and off for months and cardiologist from tests says heart is fine is it possible symptoms can be from partially blocked arteries or would that have shown on stress echo?
