I've had heart palpitations on occasion but lately they have become more frequent & more frightening. in addition i have constant neck pain. is it possible i have serious heart iissues? so scared: (

Always possible: But in general, palpitations that are isolated flip flop sensations or maybe even one or two flip flops are benign unless they are accompanied by other signs or symptoms. A constant neck pain is not a worrisome sx. Nevertheless, it is reasonable to see your doc so they can demonstrate the benign nature of your condition with an ekg.

Evaluation : Palpitations may be related to rhythm abnormalities of the heart and therefore need further evaluation. The cause may be underlying heart disease or other causes such as hormonal, neurological or even related to medications.
