Odds of 28 yo male with no family history of any cancer developing pancreatic cancer? i have intermittent non specific, mild, mid to low abdominal pain, had a clear colonoscopy & endoscopy. normal blood work. just had a ct and awaiting results.

Rare: I think that Pancreatic cancer would be quite rare in your case given the above information. I'm quite confident that your ct scan will be normal, but your gastroenterologist is best qualified to advise you.

Not very likely: It is not very likely that a 28 year old would develop pancreatic cancer. Risks besides family history include smoking, obesity, diabetes and chronic pancreatitis. If you have any of these your risk goes up.
