After normal colonoscopy, abdominal ultrasound, ct scan, and complete blood test results, i still have mild to moderate stitch-like pain mostly on mid to upper right side. also have an inguinal hernia (left side). what might the cause and remedy be?

Any other medical history such as abdominal surgery or shingles? Can the pain elicited with examination? Is the pain persistent or episodic, exacerbated with eating or fasting? Any body position or factor to alleviate the pain? At least you are safe because all the imaging tests and colonoscopy are negative for any structural lesions.

I am a 73 yr old female who suffered a micro tear in my spleen during a colonoscopy. 2 weeks and 3 CT Scans later I was diagnosed w a 3c Hiatal Hernia and a Left Inguinal Hernia. Could they be related to the spleen injury and/or the colonoscopy?
