Groin pain since oct 2013. Doctors did CT scan & blood test and said i was normal/no hernia. Nerve pain/shocks in my legs still since feb 2014. Cause?
I am a 73 yr old female who suffered a micro tear in my spleen during a colonoscopy. 2 weeks and 3 CT Scans later I was diagnosed w a 3c Hiatal Hernia and a Left Inguinal Hernia. Could they be related to the spleen injury and/or the colonoscopy?
Got my blood test result. Amylase 96 (n: 28-100) Lipase 44 (n: 13-60). Having upper left abdomen and mid back pain for weeks.. Had an ultrasound last week but it says everything is normal. Is there something I should be worried about? Pancreatitis?
Could an internal hernia, in the mid-abdomen, be missed on CT scan? Is MRI more accurate? Thank you.
