Chest pains: These symptoms may be due to inflammation of a junction of rib and breast bone(costochondritis). Such areas are usually tender and give rise to Sharp pains on deep breathing, turning or twisting.Your tests show no evidence of heart or lung pathology. Esophageal cause appears unlikely. Anti-inflammatory medications like Advil (ibuprofen) or Aleve(if you can take them) should help. Discuss these points with MD
