Muscle may be reason: This may not be a pinched nerve, but it may be a pinched muscle. Nick had muscles can sometimes cause similar complaints. This is something you can evaluate, and see your physician who might have to refer you to be clear. You have a lot of tests and that's why I think it's only muscle.
