Less likely: We would need more information-location of pain, its nature, association with activity, your age, risk factors for heart disease-Diabetes/HTN/Chol/smoking/family history etc in order to tease out your chest pain better. If its exertional substernal squeezing type of pain relieved with nitroglycerin or rest, it could be related to ischemic heart disease. In that case, you may want a stress test.
