I am having feeling of chest burden for one year. ecg, ett, echo, chest x-ray, thyroid tests are normal, age 35, weight 84kg, b.p 130/80. ?

Mgt/workup: I would also advise checking your pulmonary function testing for any airflow obstruction, and ruling out pulmonary arterial hypertension, sleep apnea and a pulmonary embolism, if there are findings consistent with these conditions. Maintaining a health weight and diet is also important.
