Pinching clearly: reflects chest wall, likely outside the rib cage pain, not internal pain from heart, lungs, etc. Sounds like you are being sold standard tests for wrong issues; instead of careful history taking & assistance with problem solving with understanding. Your primary medical decision maker (physician if you will) is always yourself, never someone else. If someone else can understand, they you can too.
