Oats w/milk: will give your more nutrition than oats w/water. I notice that you mention loose skin. If that is significant and from weight loss it usually takes surgery to correct it. Consider doing yoga, using Vitamin E oil which is good for the skin, and stretching exercises in general. Peace and good health.
