Zoloft (sertraline): Zoloft (sertraline) is with food, to lessen the nausea side effect and for better absorption. Klonopin is usually at bedtime due to sedation.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

If more comfortable: Some people find that taking zoloft (sertraline) or other ssris with food helps avoid nausea or stomach discomfort as a side effect, but probably does not change efficacy.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
