Please see doctor: Contact your doctor asap and tell him/her what you're experiencing. Get your blood glucose, electrolytes, and lithium level checked -- also urinalysis. Thirst is a common side effect with lithium, but yours sounds extreme and could indicate some danger. http://www.rxlist.com/eskalith-side-effects-drug-center.htm be safe, and be well.
