Bananas are: high in carbs. If your goal is to gain muscle don't eat bananas but choose higher protein foods such as protein powder shakes, eggs, cheese, nuts, etc. Also, exercise your muscles. See doctor first to make sure your health is ok for this program. Peace and good health.
