Most likely you are.: Experiencing a delusion. This can be due to schizophrenia or other medical factors. If you are in fact being followed everywhere by a plane, shouldn't someone walking with you or your cell phone be able to see/record it? If not, probably a psychosis of some kind. Get seen by a doctor before things get worse. Best of luck!

You need help: You feel like a plane is following you despite other people not seeing what you are seeing. This describes a type of visual hallucination or mental delusion. This may be due to mental illness, medications like chlordiazepoxide or percocet, alcohol use, drug use (marijuana, meth, cocaine, heroin, pcp), or physical disease (thyroid, diabetes). See psychiatrist ASAP as mental illness is most likely.

Sounds pretty: disquieting. Do you have a therapist that you can discuss this with ? With that type of concern, it could be very beneficial to have someone you could ventilate to.
