Low: Second hand smoke risk is talked about a lot, but the studies involved are estimates and extrapolations. If you are not a smoker, and with the exposure you describe, it should not be a major risk factor at all.

Second Hand Smoke: is a risk factor but much lower than smoking yourself. Please keep your focus on staying otherwise healthy. This includes a balance diet, avoiding sugar, getting exercise and sleep. This will help keep your immune system in good order. Peace and good health.

Agree with Dr. C: While second hand tobacco smoke is a risk factor, with the amount of time you have been away from tobacco, it is likely that your body has repaired the damage. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
