Stool fat: Increase in stool fat may be due to some degree of malabsorption which may be related to ibs and rapid transit if intestinal contents through the intestinal tract, but may also be due to gluten intolerance or biliary tract or pancreatic insufficiency. A gastroenterologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you. Appropriate tests and diet will be ordered.
