See a gastroenterologist for stool cultures & test for ova and parasites. Stay hydrated diarrhea after travel mostly supportive care with antibiotics for severe pain or blood in stool. Good luck.

Need antibiotics.: It sounds like you have Travelers Diarrhea. This usually responds well to one of several antibiotics. Taking the antibiotic for 3 days will cure most cases. If the diarrhea persists you will need to have your stool tested for enteric pathogens and parasites. Imodium (loperamide) AD will help and drink Pedialyte instead of regular fluids.
