You are eating something that does not agree with you or something that is infected with a bacteria or a virus. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Then share with your Dr and you all will figure it out

Since this happens every so often it may be triggered by certain foods, be a manifestation of irritable bowel syndrome or an exaggerated colorectal reflex brought on by stress, rushing or other brain communicating with the intestinal tract events. If you're concerned, consult a gastroenterologist. I think it's a common symptom,, nonserious & more of a nuisance disorder though if infrequent.
