I have bowel gas and stomach aches and diarrhea what could be wrong with me?

Lactose Intolerance: You may have a deficiency of lactase...the sugar found in milk and dairy foods. Try eliminating these or using lactaid tablets or lactose free foods. If this doesnt work , you need some testing if these symptoms have been for over a month! Hope this helps Dr Z

Gastroenteritis: Try BRAT diet. Find out what caused upset stomach and Diarrhea. If this is ongoing problem then there are more reasons like Diabetic Gastropathy, Malabsorption,Gluten Sensitivity to name a few. YOu should monitor BS closely when you have diarrhea, and follow u with your doctor.
