ER : Go to ER or urgent care immediately for urinalysis culture with antibiotic sensitivities and treatment. Back pain could mean you have pyelonephritis or a kidney stone. Get seen ASAP please.

My husband went to the er last night and the diagnois is UTI. They prescribed him Cefdinir as an antibotic. Can he take Nitrofurantoin instead?
