You may have natural immunity, or become infected with negligible symptoms. The only way to confirm your statement is to do blood tests looking for antibodies to common flu or covid. There are documented asymptomatic patients.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. You may have a natural ability to fend off respiratory viral infections. However, I would not tempt fate and recommend that you get Covid vaccine and take the yearly Flu vaccine. Wish you good health!

Most folks either do not appear to develop COVID-19 or have asymptomatic infections. In some cases, it may be genetics or luck. Your habits do help maintain optimal health, and trust your dietary and exercise patterns add to this. Would caution, as you age, to distance yourself from those who are actively infected, as immuno-senescence may decrease your resistance.

You live a healthy life style, with a good immune system. Your family history and DNA all help. You live in a sparsely populated area in CO. and don't come in contact with many people as in Denver who may be Covid positive. You wear a mask and practice all health safety measures.

Your healthy lifestyle may be helping your immune system keep you healthy and at least somewhat immune to respiratory infections. Hopefully, you've also been vaccinated against the flu and COVID-19 and other vaccine-preventable diseases-if not, please do so. You still may get exposed to someone with a higher viral load and you would hate to "break your healthy record!"
