I can't tell from: your question whether you are wishing to go to work or not. This is what NIOSH/US agency for occupational health says: Restrict workers with wound drainage that cannot be covered and contained with a clean, dry bandage; Restrict workers with activities where it is likely others may come in contact; food handlers. If you can cover face lesions with bandage, you may work. Hope this helps. Stay well.
