MRSA: Many normal people are colcnized nasally with MRSA and it was either primarily responsible for the initial blemish, or by popping it (don't do that again) you opened the way for secondary infection with this bug. Get it treated, try to get rid of the carrier state and stay healthy. Happy new year and good luck.
