Heel wound: I think the best thing for you is to have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility where they will either help you control you foot problem or refer you to a primary doctor.

Pearly Red, Yes..: Pearly white may be a good description for one's teeth, but it is not so good when describing wounds on the bottom of the foot. Without knowing more details, I advise you to have your foot examined by a specialist familiar with wound care. If you can detect an odor, then you cannot be fast enough.
