Up and atom: If you are having swelling, skin discoloration or heat associated with the pain a local internist should evaluate you for a blood clot. Also if the pain is there without you moving: see a doc. Most likely, your pain is from the "bad yoga" of being in bed for so long, stretching a tendon or ligament that hasn't forgiven you yet. Take 200-400 mg of magnesium daily to see if that decreases your pain.
