Not enough info: There seems to be alot going on here: 1) an open wound with MRSA 2) on vanco 3) pain/cold foot Is there swelling? How is the arterial circulation? Are there pedal pulses, is there good cap return? You may be experiencing neuralgia from swelling causing pressure on nerves,,,,
