Hi there, my doctor has me on the 5 day dosage of azithromycin for bv. it's day 3 and my symptoms are just as bad. is it not working?

Probably not: The preferred antibiotics for BV are metronidazole, tinidazole, clindamycin. I would not expect azithromycin to be effective.
