Slim: Please see a nutritionist to be given a food plan that is appropriate for you. Good fat such as in olive oil and coconut oil is good for you, as are whole eggs, not just the whites. Work out w/some light weights to define your muscles, do some yoga. Celebrate your health. Peace and good health. Stay clean, neat, be a nice guy. This is more attractive than weight.
