Not HIV, no risk: You are not at risk for HIV from this event. There has never been even one proved case of HIV transmitted mouth to penis. Also most female sex workers in the US don't have HIV, so your partner probably wasn't infected. And no, these symptoms are not at all suggestive of a new HIV infection. No need for HIV testing, but probably you should do it anyway for additional reassurance. Good luck.
