No: Lupus has certain criteria that you have to meet for diagnosis, a positive ANA screen has to be interpreted carefully, and the degree as well, many have mild positive results and are normal, disease free. Other tests would have to be performed if there is a strong suspicion of the disease, ask your doctor about, best wishes

I had a biopsy for localized Discoid Lupus. It came back positive. Blood work shows 1:80 ANA, negative for DS-DNA and negative for SM Antibody. Should I be concerned that I also have SLE?
