You need a check: of this jelly stuff to see if it is partially digested blood. Also your Hgb should be checked again. And your abdomen should be examined. The heavy gas could indicate some blockage and normally you shouldn't have any abdominal tenderness. If it is blood, other studies should be done of the GI tract to be sure it isn't cancer.

Blood in stool: Probably not cancer but blood in stool is not normal so visit your doctor soon.
