I have bad teeth dentist said i have peridiontitis. i've been having pain in left ear especially when i chew or drink. can bad teeth cause a earache?

Yes: especially if the upper back teeth are involved. OTOH, if you have had extensive dental treatment and have had to keep your mouth open for a long time could be TMJ issues. Ask the dentist to check you for this and use a bite block whenever you have dental work.
