See dentist: Sounds like TMD, which is a disorder or the jaw joint from grinding or clenching. See your DDS for an neal and a consult for a night guard. Also apply warm compresses and you can take Advil to help with the inflammation. If not TMD, could be infected tooth. Either way need to see DDS. Hope this helps.
