Tooth pain: Dentists do not normally look into a patients ear. Further, they can usually tell if a tooth problem could refer or radiate pain to the ear. Most often, there are two separate issues which is why when we cannot justify a tooth problem as the cause of ear or head pain, we refer the patient to their own physician. Sometimes TMJoint issues may seem to be an ear ache but we can isolate 2 joint instead
