DON'T EAT FAST FOOD!: The answer to me is obvious- she should not eat fast food!fast food is inherently unhealthy, esp. Fried food & sodas.Her body is trying to tell her she is literally poisoning herself when she eats it.She should pay attention! there are much healthier choices even on a low budget. Brown rice & beans are a healthy staple, salad greens, carrots, squash, kale & other veggies, nuts & seeds are good choices.
