Avoid junk food, processed foot and foods high saturated fat and daily exercise. There are a number of vitamins, minerals, and various supplements that have been recommended but not supported by good evidence or research.

The sample is washed and frozen and placed into quarantine for six months. The donor is then retested for infectious disease and the sample released if testing is normal.

30-45 minutes: Sperm can survive longer than 30-45 minutes but to remain viable for pregnancy the sperm really should be processed in that time frame. Sperm not processed within 45 minutes often lose their ability to move around and get to an egg.
