What should i do about my 9yr olds uneven wear on all her shoes they are very noticeably more worn on the outer edge than the inner.

Custom orthotics: Please see a podiatrist for evaluation. She may need custom fitted orthotics. These work great. However, in kids the orthotics need to be redone every 1 and half shoe sizes.

See Podiatrist: Is the child flat footed? Could be normal as well unless excessive wearing. If child pronates see foot doc for custom orthotics.
