Pressure marks: As before, either bites or pressure marks.Could be from footies or clothes also if covering her feet.

There could be many: Reasons those red dots are there. I.E. A bite, a scratch, an abrasion etc. Babies do kick their feet around. It may also be none of the above the hard thing is that we can't see the red spots as you do. For this reason i would recommend you take your baby to the doctor - her pediatrician, a dermatologist or podiatrist should be able to help.
