Maybe: Studies show the most common cause of tinnitus is Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) but anemia, patulous Eustachian tube and in some cases brain tumors called schwannomas and acoustic neuromas detectable by MRI are involved. Workup sometimes frustrating but stay the course start w hearing test by audiology and ENT consult then MRI if needed. Good luck.
