YesAlpha Gal Allergy: Galactose alpha 1,3 galactose (a.k.a Alpha gal allergy) You may have reactions 3-6 hours after eating mammalian meats. You should be able to eat Poultry and fish. Be careful! Some people are so sensitive that you may have trouble with cross-contamination. Sandwich shops, grilled foods with mixture of juices, Fast foods with beef flavorings. Even rice made with beef bullion.
