Time to see doctor: It's time to call one's pediatrician or primary care doctor, if a person has a continued heart rate above 130-150 and it isn't from exercising. Something bad may be happening. If no primary doctor, the ER can treat this. If feeling quite weak, or having chest pain, or trouble breathing, then an ambulance trip to the ER is best (one can call 911 for the ambulance).
