I am a 23 year old male w/an enlarged rubbery lymph node in the l neck.i first noticed it months ago &do not believe that it has been growing. cancer?

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
