Bleeding: Usually bleeding not significant with pilonidal cyst and Inwould expect this to resolve. See your doctor or surgeon though to address the pilonidal cyst

Infected?: If not infected or inflamed you can go years without doing anything. If draining or painful see an MD for evaluation.
