Excision: You can wait and see if you get another episode. If keeps happening then excision is available. It must be done when there is no infection if possible to improve healing. In mean time, keep area clean and hairless. In some people waxing or using the hair removing lotion on the strip of skin may help to avoid clogging the sinus
