Unlikely : Based on your description, I would not think this would be enough force to cause a concussion. Concussion symptoms include headache, dizziness, light and noise sensitivity, memory deficits, blurred vision, etc. If any of these develop, then seek medical treatment. Fortunately, isolated concussions are not usually emergencies.
