Sounds normal: I wouldn't use "brain injury" as a descriptor (too loaded with worry)but a kid can be cranky for 1-2 wks after a simple fall.Toddlers can have the equivalent of a migraine come & go in the same time frame with this form of trauma, usually lasting <1hr at a time. If he didn't get knocked out i think the possibility of a significant issue approaches zero.
